Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Colombo for a Photo Retoucher at Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness. The Photo Retoucher will be responsible for photo retouching, image editing, product photography, graphic design, and photography-related tasks to enhance the visual appeal of the brand's products and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

-Retouch and enhance high-quality images, including color correction, exposure adjustments, and skin retouching.
-Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure images align with brand aesthetics.
-Remove blemishes, imperfections, and distracting elements from photos while maintaining a natural look.
-Adjust lighting and tonal balance to enhance image quality.
-Perform image compositing, background replacement, and masking where necessary.
-Maintain consistency in retouching across all imagery to meet brand standards.
-Manage and organize a large volume of images while meeting tight deadlines.
-Stay updated on the latest photo editing techniques and industry trends.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or in a similar role.
-Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant retouching software.
-Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Familiarity with various image formats, resolutions, and color profiles.
