Campus Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from Universities and the Market
Work with target key Universities/Institutes on strategic programs
Create annual campus recruitment plans and budgets
Track metrics and analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies

Campus Relations & Events:

Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
Represent the company at career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events
Coordinate and host company-sponsored campus events and competitions
Manage campus ambassador programs and student engagement initiatives

Candidate Selection & Programs:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships, entry-level positions, and Junior Laterals
Develop and manage internship and new graduate programs within the Organization
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and match candidates
Create engaging onboarding experiences for campus hires

Key Requirements:

3+ Years of Experience in similar work
Work from Office 4-5 Days a week
Minimum Degree Qualification in any field (HR/ BA preferred)

KPI Reporting Strong Analytical Leadership Business Management
