We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead the development and operations of our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of DevOps engineers, defining best practices, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers/Trainees.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
• Automate Infrastructure Provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools - Terraform.
• Manage and Monitor Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Oversee Containerization and Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, Cloud-based GKE/AKS.
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and reliability.
• Drive Incident Response, Root Cause Analysis, and System Performance Tuning.
• Maintain and improve observability through Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting Systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Assist with Cost Optimization, Performance Improvements, and Scaling Strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud/SecOps/System Engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience in Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/Azure).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Container Platforms, and Configuration Management.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Security, Networking, Cloud Database Services and System Architecture.
• Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in GCP/Azure/AWS or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
