KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ERM & Governance – Support in driving governance and ERM initiatives, including maintaining a complete and up-to-date risk register.
Financial Reporting Reliability – Coordinate the control self-assessment process for the group and validate the effectiveness of internal controls in line with the group policy and procedure requirements.
Calendar Management: Efficiently coordinate the Director of Group Risk & Control's calendar to facilitate effective time management.
Action Item Tracking: Follow up on action items resulting from engagements conducted by Group Risk & Control members.
Task Support: Provide essential assistance to team members by completing assigned tasks promptly and effectively.
Timesheet Management: Monitor and ensure timely submission of timesheets by Group Risk & Control members.
Team Engagement: Foster team spirit by coordinating team engagements and activities.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and oversee Group Risk & Control team meetings, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree (or reading) in Management.
Following CIMA or ACCA will be value-added.
