Key responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities and support communication initiatives
Maintain HR databases and support reporting requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support people-related processes

Required qualifications:

Degree or pursuing studies in Management or a related field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic IT knowledge (MS Office tools)
Strong interpersonal and people relationship skills
