Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, and Yamazumi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete the road safety project in MAS KREEDA.
Develop a roadmap to proliferate the road safety program implemented at the division to other local plants.
Data management in the health and safety team.
Coordinate and work with the plant teams to ensure the availability of accurate data in the divisional dashboards.
Conduct data-driven programs in occupational health and safety for divisional data.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

BSc undergraduate or graduate in science, Engineering, or Factory Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of recruitment databases is a plus.
A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
