Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing lab dips and shade cards in accordance with customer specifications.
Learn the full shade development process from lab to bulk, including testing and recipe creation.
Support the team in coordinating color approvals and ensuring accuracy in shade continuity.
Maintain and update color databases, approval records, and bulk reference files.
Observe and support troubleshooting activities related to color deviations in production.
Participate in internal review meetings and customer discussions where required.
Adhere to chemical handling and safety procedures as part of the Color Kitchen team.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Textile Technology, Applied Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A keen eye for color, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of textile dyeing processes will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and data handling.
