About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern (Talent Acquisition) to join our HR team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes, assist in sourcing top talent, and help create an exceptional candidate experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems (ATS).
• Support employer branding activities, including social media and career event initiatives.
• Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and analytics related to recruitment.
• Provide administrative and project-based support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
