Associate - Finance Operations - MAS Legato Malabe

Embark on a journey of change with MAS by joining the MAS Legato team as an Associate - Finance Operations. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the BPO team to be responsible for the execution of timely and accurate processing of financials for assigned Clients, to consistently exceed the expectations of the customers. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financials for assigned Clients. 
• Processing of Vendor invoices and arranging payments on time and coordinating with customers, and collection of sales proceeds on time. 
• Assist with the continuous improvement of the processes to achieve an effective and efficient way of working.
• Identify and implement process or system improvements or developments to facilitate an efficient business process. 
• Handling payroll-related activities and preparation of bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring daily communications and liaising with clients to solve daily operational issues.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Finance / Financial accounting / CIMA, ACCA or ICASL or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience with Australian accounting practices 
• Proficient in using the XERO and MYOB accounting systems.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Flexibility of working within the Australian time zone.
