We’re Hiring: IT Support Executive

Location: Homagama, Sri Lanka

Lassana Group of Companies is a diversified, vertically and horizontally integrated business conglomerate in Sri Lanka. We operate across e-commerce, modern trade, premium retail outlets, high-tech agricultural farms, and a state-of-the-art bakery - with operations spanning the entire island.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to deliver technical support throughout the organization. The role includes installing and maintaining hardware/software systems, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Monitor and ensure timely antivirus and system updates.
• Assist with software installations and updates.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher National Diploma of Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zendesk).
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP).
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• More than 1 Year of Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk role.
