About the job

As Vice President - Operations & Administration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Bank's operational strategy and administrative excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning operational capabilities with NDB's corporate objectives, ensuring resilience, efficiency and service quality across all functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Registration as a Medical / Dental practitioner with the Sri Lanka Medical Council

AND

A board-certified specialist

Possession of a PhD or equivalent qualification
A proven track record of at least 15 years' experience in teaching and conducting Medical/ Dental Examinations.

Age Limit:

According to the applicable government circulars.

Nature of Recruitment:

The appointment shall be on a full-time basis for a period of 02 years.
Academics from Medical /Dental Faculties on sabbatical leave are encouraged to apply.
The salary and other emoluments shall be as determined by the Medical Council.
The responsibilities and duties (Terms of reference) of the post shall be made available to the selected applicant.
If there are no suitable candidates, part-time applicants also will be entertained.
