Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Tax, based in Kesbewa. The role involves managing the company’s tax-related functions, including filing tax returns, preparing tax reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and analyzing tax liabilities. The Assistant Manager - Tax will also provide tax planning advice, liaise with tax authorities, and ensure the timely submission of all tax documentation. Collaboration with accounting teams and staying updated on tax laws will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Experience in Tax Management, Tax Reporting, and Tax Analysis
Skills in Compliance, Auditing, and Financial Documentation Review
Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks, Tax Laws, and Corporate Taxation
Strong Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Skills
Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Tools
Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Abilities
Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) are an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
