Junior Executive - Service Operations (Browns Deals - Service Centre)

We are looking for a self-motivated, result-driven individual with a proven track record to join our Browns Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service operations for consumer electronics, from intake of products to repair and delivery.
• Coordinate seamlessly across customer service representatives, technicians and inventory teams.
• Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Manage supplier payments and follow up with debtors efficiently.
• Ensure availability and control of tools, along with maintenance of spare parts inventory.
• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for repair workflows and quality assurance.
• Address escalated customer concerns with timely and effective resolutions.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and process improvements.
• Collaborate with management to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or any other qualifications related to service operation.
• Proven experience in service operations, ideally in the consumer electronics or repairs industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in service management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Technical knowledge of consumer electronics is an advantage.
