Assistant Manager – Fraud Operations (Dialog Finance PLC)

The Job

• Strategic Oversight: Lead and supervise fraud monitoring across Card Issuing, Card Acquiring, and Savings products, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
• Fraud Mitigation: Drive timely and effective fraud response actions, refine protocols, and minimize customer impact through cross-functional coordination.
• Process Governance: Own the development and continuous improvement of fraud-related documentation, ensuring audit readiness and compliance alignment.
• Dispute Management: Oversee fraud-related dispute resolution for card issuing and acquiring segments, ensuring SLA adherence and proactive loss mitigation.
• Fraud Intelligence: Prepare and present actionable insights to senior management, influencing strategic decisions and highlighting emerging fraud trends.
• KYC & Risk Rating: Provide oversight of KYC processes and customer risk profiling across multiple pillars, ensuring AML compliance and fraud prevention.
• Systems & UAT: Lead fraud system reviews, manage UAT for product enhancements, and provide operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage fraud operations team members, driving performance and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The Person

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in fraud detection and mitigation across financial products.
• Knowledge: Strong expertise in AML/KYC regulations, fraud dispute management, and fraud detection systems.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills; proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker, results-driven, and committed to operational excellence.
