Recruit, train, and develop advisors to build a high-performing sales team.

Provide continuous coaching, guidance, and motivation to improve team performance.
Prepare and review sales reports, performance analyses, and advisor productivity updates.
Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical practices, and insurance regulations.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
Support local promotional events and branch-level campaigns to increase brand visibility.
