The Role

As an Executive – Business Development, you will be responsible for:

Demonstrating sound knowledge and expertise in marketing.
Initiating and implementing timely and effective strategies to achieve individual targets.
Marketing the full range of financial products offered by the company, with a primary focus on lending.
Conducting promotional activities to contribute to branch profitability and sustainable growth.

The Profile

Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
A full or part professional qualification (SLIM/CIM) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the non-banking finance industry.
Willingness to be based in the assigned location.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
A valid riding/driving license is mandatory.
