We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for an Assistant Manager - Transformation for a leading FMCG company based in Colombo. This role is pivotal in accelerating enterprise-wide change initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, enhance service excellence, and enable digital capabilities across the organisation. Operating at the intersection of people, process, and technology, you will play a hands-on role in translating strategy into execution, driving measurable business outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute transformation projects that uplift operational performance, customer experience, and digital enablement across the Group.
• Conduct process studies, diagnostic assessments, and data-driven analysis to identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional improvement initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are clearly defined.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder engagements to align teams and drive buy-in.
• Work closely with business units to implement change interventions, monitor progress, and ensure sustainability of new ways of working.
• Develop documentation, workflows, dashboards, SOPs, and change materials to support transformation delivery.
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics to measure impact and support decision-making.
• Champion agile practices, continuous improvement mindsets, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in transformation, process improvement, consulting, or project management—preferably within FMCG or similar fast-paced sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping capabilities.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or business process reengineering is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
