Assistant Manager, Learning and Development - Cinnamon Habarana Complex

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development, to join Cinnamon Habarana Complex. Reporting to the General Manager, the Learning & Development Manager will devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation, and assess its outcomes while enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and work quality.

Identify training and developmental needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
Drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the company while managing the training budget effectively.
Constant evaluation of organizational performance to ensure that training meets business needs and improves performance.
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven work experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
Engagement in talent management and succession planning.
Strong understanding of best practices in hotel operations.
Effective communication skills and understanding of learning styles, including public speaking.
Experience in enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and work quality.
