IT Lead Consultant

Experience and Skills:

Administration and security management of Active Directory and authentication platforms, including implementing and maintaining security and compliance solutions, responding to threats, and enforcing data governance policies.
Administration of the Okta Authentication platform, including managing Okta–AD synchronization services.
Management and security of DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.
Familiarity with privilege management systems and controls, such as Delinea.
Governance and monitoring of authentication usage and integration points from both operational and security perspectives.
Support in designing improvements to the current IT landscape to meet future business demands.
Server administration and PowerShell scripting expertise.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with the ability to evaluate the benefits and limitations of various solutions.
Knowledge of server hardening practices and vulnerability management for virtualization, cloud platforms, and servers.
Ability to provide continuous improvement recommendations and stay updated on emerging industry trends.
Skilled in conducting in-depth analysis and research to identify root causes of complex issues.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
