KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Ability to transfer current skill sets in automation, development, or networking in the cloud
Analyze incidents and service requests for the team
Learn Information Technology Infrastructure Library
Collaboratively work with different parties and different projects
Ability to enhance project management skills

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Overall knowledge of cloud computing
Undergraduate with any IT-related degree from a recognized university
Sound communication skills
Ability to work independently
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
