About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of credit processes, and the ability to make informed decisions while maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to support healthy portfolio growth and uphold the company’s credit policies.

The Role:

Evaluation of Credit Appraisals and approval within the DA limit.
Recommending Credit Appraisals.
Recommending re-scheduling of facilities & release of pledged assets.
Carrying out branch audits within the region/s.
Preparing reports to monitor regional, branch, and marketer-specific portfolios and non-performing loans (NPL).
Monitoring early default facilities of the assigned branches.
Conducting regional credit training programs.

The Profile:

Successful completion of GCE (A/L) examination.
Fluency in Tamil is a must for employees who handle credit files from the North and East regions.
Willingness to be based in the selected location.
Diploma in Credit Management or an equivalent academic qualification will be an added advantage.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal & people management skills.
