Senior Executive / Executive – Recovery

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor overdue portfolios to ensure timely recoveries
Follow up with clients and negotiate effective repayment plans
Maintain updated records and recovery reports
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in Recovery/Credit Collections within the financial services industry is essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
