Cambio Software is a software research and development centre for Cambio Healthcare Systems AB, Sweden, currently with over 300 software engineering professionals in Sri Lanka, designing and developing cutting-edge Healthcare Solutions using state-of-the-art technologies to cater to our prestigious clientele.

Position

We are looking for talented Associate Technical Leads to join our Research and Development centre. This role primarily involves designing and planning performance tests for Java-based and web-based enterprise applications, along with developing automation scripts to simulate and validate performance test scenarios.

What We Are Looking For In You,

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in design and development using Java and JEE technologies
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a relevant degree from a recognized University
Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable and work in a dynamic environment
Be self-motivated and motivate team members
Be a good team player
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of design patterns and integration patterns

Understanding and experience in the following areas would be an added advantage

Dynatrace, Chrome developer tools, Datadog, JMeter, Junit
EJB3, Spring, Hibernate
Front-end Development skills in Angular, JavaFX, and Java Swing
Maven, Subversion, GIT, Jenkins
Experience in Agile-based methodologies such as Scrum/XP, Kanban
Exposure to working with remote development teams
Previous experience working with foreign clients in a similar capacity
