KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in audits and inspections, contributing to thorough evaluations and compliance.
Support compliance training and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of adherence.
Utilize and maintain compliance systems and tools to streamline processes and ensure regulatory alignment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Sustainability Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Sinhala, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
