Senior Executive - Collections and Recoveries (Dialog Finance PLC)

The Job:

• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders on collections and recovery-related functions.
• Manages delinquent accounts within the average loan ticket segment (Digital Lending), driving recovery performance through data-driven strategies and stakeholder coordination.
• Handle escalated calls and complex recovery cases, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
• Initiate collection reminders, maintain feedback records and follow ups with customers.
• Daily monitoring of collections and maintaining dashboards while providing Management reports as and when necessary.
• Evaluate customer requests on settlement plans, concessions, moratoriums and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to meet monthly recovery targets and improve cure rates across all categories.
• Obtain necessary approvals to provide the best solutions to the customers in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recovery performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Involved in projects related to digital lending and other new products.
• Represent recovery unit on tech/system requirements / UATs to ensure maximum control and optimum features for Collections and Recovery functions.

The Person:

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in Collections & Recoveries preferably from the banking / financial industry, with exposure to Finacle Core Banking System.
• Professional qualification in the related discipline will be a definite plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office packages.
