The Job:

The person will be responsible for providing operational support to the Deputy General Manager - Channel Planning to ensure the smooth operation of the Bancassurance division

Principal Accountability:

• Coordinate with channel managers and marketing teams to implement customer seminars across partner banks based on finalized calendars.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams in executing customer activation initiatives such as Elite Centre launches and SCB PRB events.
• Manage deployment of marketing collateral, including POSM, branch branding, need-trigger brochures, and product updates to ensure consistent brand presence.
• Facilitate execution of online marketing strategies by liaising between partner banks and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end product development processes for each customer segment and bank, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely rollout.
• Collaborate with the product development committee to support product launches and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Analyze feedback from sales teams and bank partners to evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to support the strategic development of bancassurance offerings.
• Support business development initiatives, including digital integrations, customer segment penetration strategies, renewal unit implementation, and internal IT projects.
• Assist in onboarding new partners by supporting pitch deck creation, coordinating MOU/agreement delivery, and conducting quarterly research on market trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years overall experience and minimum 1+ year experience in handling business projects.
• A degree or diploma from a recognized university or institute is required, while a partial or full qualification from a recognized professional institute would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills, an ability to focus on quality

• Ability to work under minimum supervision, multitask and work under pressure
