UI/UX Engineer - DartX Tool
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences, this role is perfect for you. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life and ensure exceptional user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and work with developers to implement them.
- Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Frontend Development: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Framework Experience: Expertise in ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Responsive Design: Experience in creating mobile-first and responsive designs.
- User-Centric Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
Additional Requirements
- Accessibility: Knowledge of WCAG standards and accessibility best practices.
- Animation and Interactivity: Experience with tools and libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP for creating engaging interactions.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and solving design challenges.
