Lead Software Engineer – Sampath Bank
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or any other related degree
- Knowledge of Finacle Treasury. Oracle Fusion and related applications
- Working knowledge of SOAP - UI & POSTMAN tools
- Proficient in Jasper Reports, knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely attend to and resolve reported incidents under Finacle Treasury, Oracle Fusion and assigned systems through investigations i.e. Log analysis/ Root cause analysis and provide L2 and L3 support
- Drive the implementation of projects and upcoming version upgrade
- Capability of in-house development of CRs (i.e. Report modules)
- Liaise with other IT stakeholders, business teams, branch networks, and respective service providers to address new requirements and rectify reported incidents timely
- Provide awareness sessions to business teams, including the immediate provision of alternative system solutions to manage customer requirements and address knowledge gaps
OTHER COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
- Certification on Oracle Cloud ERP is preferred
- Hands-on development experience in Linux environment ‣ Strong negotiation skills
