Undergraduate Trainee – Project Management - IFS

 

Job Description:

 

As an Undergraduate Trainee in Project Management, you will be responsible,

  • Gain familiarity with the IFS Contract Structure, including MSA, Consultancy Services Addendum, and SOW, and develop the ability to interpret these documents.
  • Assist in formulating project plans under supervision, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Support resource identification and allocation for project delivery.
  • Assist in setting up basic project structures, reporting, and invoicing within the IFS Applications environment.
  • Provide status updates to project leadership and assist in project reporting.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate them for mitigation.
  • Support the coordination of Change Requests in alignment with the project plan.
  • Develop an understanding of IFS Success Offerings and contribute to presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating and delegating work within the delivery team.
  • Support team performance tracking and skill development initiatives.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Project Management network.
  • Develop an understanding of IFS core industries and key business drivers.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management, with a basic understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exposure to ERP systems or coursework related to enterprise solutions would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in the local language is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with stakeholders.
