We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data and Operation Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data operations, updating and maintaining reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing operational support to improve business efficiency. Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage, as the candidate will collaborate with stakeholders in Japanese-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze e-commerce-related data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Dashboard & Reporting: Generate reports primarily using Google Sheets, with occasional Power BI dashboards as required.
- Operational Support: Support operational workflows by troubleshooting data-related issues and optimizing processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure seamless data integration and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Maintain data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data governance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research using e-commerce tools to provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvements: Provide support for system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets: Proficiency in advanced functions such as formulas, charts, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of data management and operational support principles.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) is a plus.(Japanese Language Advantage)
- Knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization.
