Digital Health is on the lookout for a forward-thinking Junior Data Strategist to transform our analytics capabilities into a key business driver. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new Growth division. Ideal for a junior professional with at least one year of experience in data analytics, the candidate will be instrumental in creating comprehensive customer profiles, identifying trends, and driving strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate and analyze data from various business lines to create comprehensive customer profiles that enhance personalization and optimize engagement.
- Employ predictive analytics to anticipate customer needs and automate targeted communications, while designing and promoting tailored service packages based on customer behaviors.
- Streamline processes for ordering and reordering products, generating reports based on key market metrics.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategic business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with technology teams to build and refine the analytics infrastructure, supporting the CEO with actionable insights and special projects that drive business innovation.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, developing scenarios and models to guide strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in data analytics or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Innovative mindset with strong business acumen.
