We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to be part of our Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team, to manage all recruitments for both local and international locations. Through this role, you will ensure all Service delivery activities are driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on agreed SLAs and KPIs, whilst contributing towards identifying & executing process improvement, driving and achieving a performance-driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, to be able to achieve a high level of stakeholder satisfaction to meet business and operations excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Heads of Department and Hiring Managers to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Plan and schedule interviews, managing the entire hiring process to fulfill manpower requirements (permanent, contractual, internships).
- Process all recruitment requests via Recruitment Requisition Form (RRF), coordinating with relevant parties and drafting job specifications and advertisements.
- Screen and shortlist candidates by evaluating applications based on job criteria, verifying details, and providing candidate feedback.
- Schedule and conduct assessments in collaboration with HODs for technical evaluations and complete standard feedback protocols.
- Conduct reference and clearance checks on shortlisted candidates, verifying information with HODs and Hiring Managers.
- Communicate final job offers to select candidates approved by Divisional representatives and negotiate with candidates where required to secure the best fit.
- Report and maintain key metrics to measure and predict staffing activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
- Plan smooth pre-boarding and onboarding programs to enhance candidate experience and improve talent attraction and retention.
- Participate in Career fairs and other Professional body events, to develop and maintain relationships to attract top talent for recruitment needs.
- Conduct research on technical and soft skills needed for specific job roles to enhance recruitment efficiency based on service level agreements (SLAs).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 3 – 4 years experience in Recruitment, with at least 1 year's experience in the BPO or Apparel industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Employment Law is preferable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, Relationship management skills.
- Analytical, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- Time Management skills.
- Hands-on experience in using the Oracle Recruitment Module is an added advantage.
- IT Literacy.
