Our client is a key service provider to the banking and finance sector. As a part of their ongoing technology-driven business development program, aimed at expanding the reach and coverage in the financial industry, they are seeking dynamic professionals to fill the following positions.
The Officer's scope of work will involve processing data related to Finance, using it for analytics and modelling, and ensuring compliance with data audits, among other responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth functioning of business operations, while maintaining uninterrupted service.
- Collect information from the relevant stakeholders, process and update in the system as per the operational guidelines of the organization.
- Continuously monitor and improve the validity and quality of the information reported by the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal departments/officers and assist the authorized officers or the relevant staff of the relevant stakeholders to resolve their day-to-day issues relating to the services.
- Organize and conduct awareness sessions for the relevant stakeholders to improve their knowledge/awareness, continuously.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 03 "C" in GCE AL (in the first attempt) or Diploma in Banking or Management.
- Good Communication and Time Management Skills.
- Working under pressure and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala with collaboration skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Self-organized and achieved results under minimum supervision.
