EXECUTIVE - REGULATORY AUDITS & SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS
Internal Audit Department
Job Profile:
- Assist in driving the audits of regulatory assurance by identifying the changes and new areas that require assurance by the regulations
- Establish testing procedures to ensure the testing of regulatory assurance complies with the directions
- Perform validations and guide team members to ensure compliance with the respective regulatory requirements
- Maintain evidence of testing to be in conformance with the regulations
- Carry out other special assignments that are required by the Management or Board Audit Committee.
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Full/ part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA or Degree in Accounting/ Finance with full qualification in Banking
- Minimum of 05 years work experience in Internal Auditing /Compliance /Regulatory Reporting in a Commercial Banking environment
- Strong knowledge of Internal Auditing with special emphasis on regulations
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-identification, solution making and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate, work independently and perform multiple tasks
- Ability to lead the team and guide them to achieve desired objectives.
