MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the customer’s voice by:
- Organizing regular meetings.
- Sharing product information.
- Providing solutions for quality-related issues.
- Influencing internal teams to follow strict customer guidelines for successful quality audits.
- Ensure First Time Through (FTT) of all styles to support smooth, uninterrupted production.
- Conduct regular problem-solving meetings with internal teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Align with the PPA (Product Process Approval) process, promoting standardized approaches and continuous process improvements.
- Coach Team Leaders and Group Leaders to enhance job role execution effectively.
- Collaborate with Value Stream Executives, Industrial Engineers, and Autonomation Engineers to implement digitization and autonomation initiatives.
- Uphold customer specifications and end-consumer requirements, ensuring products meet quality standards by adhering to SOPs and STWs.
- Translate consumer needs into processes that error-proof the product for reliable outcomes
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Engineering, Applied science, Chemistry, or Physical Science.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with a product-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills combined with an innovative approach to problem-solving
