KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create impactful internal communication material aligned with the HR and Sustainability pillars of MAS Legato. 
• Plan and coordinate key Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of related activities.
• Support in organizing employee engagement programs that enhance workplace culture and foster employee well-being. 
• Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives while organizing awareness sessions, forums, and campaigns, and developing engaging materials to amplify visibility and success.
• Provide comprehensive support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to facilitate a seamless employee onboarding process.
• Follow up on essential physical documentation across the employee lifecycle with precision and care.
• Update learning and development records in a timely manner, paying attention to detail and supporting in organizing training programs.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Graduate or undergraduate in Business Management, Human Resources or Leadership and Management, or equivalent qualification through a diploma or professional qualification.
• Previous involvement in clubs and societies in community services would be an added advantage.
• Experience in CANVA or any other graphic design-related software. 
• Strong command of English in both written and spoken. 
• Strong passion about social causes with a creative mind and an ability to multitask.
• Ability to travel as and when the need arises.
