Associate Business Analyst - Zafer.ai

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Business Analyst to support business and technical teams in defining and implementing requirements for key projects. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to impactful projects.
What we prefer you to do:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation (manuals, policy docs, etc.).
- Develop functional requirements and user guides for system improvements.
- Analyze and document business requirements using standard templates.
- Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility.
- Support test case execution and contribute to Test Plans/Tests Scripts.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams, especially in offshore settings.
What we prefer you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Industry experience and Agile knowledge are a plus.
- Familiarity with Visio, Drawio, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in teams.
