Colour Sample Cordinator - MAS Intimates Ratmalana

Embark on a journey of change with MAS by joining MAS Intimates as a Colour Sample Coordinator based at Ratmalana. Work in collaboration with Merchandisers and cross-functional teams to support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinate with sample room planners and align the sample development process.
• Participate in development meetings whilst sourcing fabric & other raw materials based on 
• the customer request, in order to ensure samples/ prototypes are completed and delivered in 
• in a timely manner. 
• Effectively manage the customer development calendar to meet internal/external deadlines, 
• requirements and work on new development projects for business growth, whilst maintaining 
• cordial relationship with all the internal stakeholders
• Ensure accurate data entry for costing /product / BOMs, share information with all relevant 
• internal stakeholders and facilitate decision making with regular reporting to sustain the 
• business.
• Support the Sample process by updating relevant information in the system in a timely and 
• accurate manners to facilitate the effective completion of samples. 
• Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific developments/projects
• requirements.
• Perform additional duties that are commensurate with the current role, as and when requested 
• by the management.

 KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a Diploma, or are in their 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate program in Textile, Apparel or Marketing-related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in using systems such as SAP or PLM is required.
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships across cross-functional teams.
