We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional in the capacity of an Assistant Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by strategically enhancing staff capabilities through innovative HR processes. The primary purpose of this position is to create enduring value for our key stakeholders by collaborating and facilitating the execution of operational HR deliverables.
Job Role
- Drive an engaged working environment and enhance connectivity with all teams and management.
- Facilitate employee/ employer dialogue and ensure harmonious employee relations
- Work with the business executives of the designated organizational divisions to understand their HR requirements and offer HR support and problem-solving
- Work with teams and managers to implement effective HR strategies.
Personal Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related Professional Qualification.
- A minimum of 04 Years of proven experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Previous experience in handling employee relations and industrial relations.
- Relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
