Job Profile
- Champion - Drive New Credit Card / Loan Acquisition for the branch & ensure that branch New Credit Cards & Loans targets are achieved.
- Ensure that all other branch business roles are supported to drive new Cards & Loans through different segments – Ex – IC / PB / BB etc.
- Ensure that new customer Credit Card & Loan applications are submitted accurately with zero mandate errors & avoid re-work.
- Champion the Consumer Asset Products at the branch & also ensure that Product training & support is given to all branch staff as required.
Ensure high standard of service through follow up of day today problems by liaising with the Branch Manager and support divisions.
Special Skills
- Good sales, customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
Knowledge on MS Office package including E-mail, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar capacity working in a bank or in a financial institution, with an exposure to front line sales or sales-oriented channels.
- Age should be 26 years or below.
