We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at CodeGen International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our diverse range of products, with a primary focus on solar solutions and EV chargers. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for solar solutions, EV chargers, and other products in our portfolio.
-Identify and engage with potential clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective sales campaigns.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, including after-sales follow-up.
-Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
-Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
-Strong understanding of solar solutions, EV chargers, and sustainable technologies.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
