Responsibilities
-Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, social media assets, and website design.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
-Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Design and produce print and digital materials, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all mediums.
-Maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of new design elements that enhance brand recognition.
-Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
-Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve project goals.
-Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our visual content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
-Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the design process and create innovative visual content
Pre - Requisites
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
-Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of print and digital design processes.
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
