Position Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the alignment of business requirements with technology solutions, bridging the communication gap between customers and the development team. This role involves producing professional documents, conducting product demos, and leading training sessions to facilitate the development process and maintain high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Bridge the communication gap between the customer and the development team.
-Produce professional documents and presentations for various stakeholders.
-Travel internationally to conduct product demos for Business Analysis and Gap Analysis activities.
-Conduct both on-site and in-house training sessions.
-Engage in the development process and related activities (Agile/Scrum) to ensure proper communication of requirements and accuracy of development.
-Ensure the quality of deliveries to manage customer expectations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Physical Science, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
-Strong analytical and technical skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in G-Suite, MS Office Products, and Agile tools.

-Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
