Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Employer Branding intern to join our team. As an Undergraduate Trainee - Employer Branding, you will be responsible for designing, planning and executing the employer branding activities aligned to our employer branding strategy. You will directly help support the talent acquisition team to attract the best talent in the market.
This is a fulltime position, and you will a part of the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in Sri Lanka within the larger HR team.

Your role includes,
-Representing IFS at external events and creating awareness about IFS, including recruitment events such as Career Fairs.
-Encouraging and advocating employees to be brand ambassadors and strengthen the IFS Employee Value Proposition internally and externally.
-Delivering brand-building campaigns.
-Supporting and maintaining social media presence.
-Supporting internal awareness-building campaigns.
-Executing other administrative tasks required in the role, including but not limited to vendor handling, logistics arrangements, and communication with universities.

 

Qualifications

-Undergraduate in Marketing, HR or business administration or similar relevant field
-A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
