KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the divisional point person for the recruitment process.
Collect weekly recruitment requirements from plants and front-end teams with justifications for all categories to submit for management approvals.
Coordinate with cluster HR Business Partners to provide consent to release candidates for interviews.
Follow up on Ex-Employee reference clearances.
Ensure to follow up and provide possible release dates of the finalized candidates.
Prepare and submit employee life cycle-related reports for management decision making.
Support HR Business Partners on recruitment bottlenecks.
Support HR Business Partners on organizing employee engagement activities.
Assist on updating the HRIS (HR Information System) in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Full or part qualification from a recognized University or Institute in Human Resource Management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI will be advantageous.
