KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in executing key talent development initiatives such as IDP programmers, women in management, critical talent development, shop floor development, and global talent movement coordination.
Support the L&D team in upcoming learning cycles by coordinating awareness sessions, creating presentation decks, and ensuring 100% employee participation and completion.
Support the onboarding programmers for L&D together with the team.
Maintain and update L&D-related databases accurately.
Assist in sourcing and coordinating with external trainers.
Contribute to the creation of training flyers, booklets, materials, certificates, and more.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Undergraduate or partially qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Psychology, or General Business Management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and presentation skills is essential.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
