Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer - Credit Card, located in Colombo. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, developing strategies to expand the credit card customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also includes providing outstanding customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

New Business Development skills
Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Strong Communication skills
Customer Service experience
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
After A/L.

A marketing-related qualification is an added advantage
