We are looking for candidates for the position of Software ENGINEER (AI).

As the Software Engineer (Al) you should leverage expertise in artificial intelligence and software development to build scalable, intelligent systems that support the organization's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models and integrate them into production systems. 
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Develop APIs and services to expose Al capabilities to internal and external applications. 
• Experience with generative models (e.g., LLMs, SLMs, GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E). 
• Strong understanding of deep learning. NLP, computer vision, and model evaluation techniques. 
• Optimize model performance and ensure robustness, fairness, and explainability. Maintain and improve MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of Al models. 
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high-quality software delivery. 
• Stay updated with the latest Al research and technologies and evaluate their applicability.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development with exposure to AI/ML projects. 
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. 
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. 
• Integrate Al capabilities into broader software ecosystems and user-facing products. 
• Optimize performance and resource efficiency across Al workflows. 
• Problem-Solving & Design Thinking. 
• Ability to formulate complex Al problems into solvable engineering tasks. 
• Experience applying mathematical reasoning, algorithmic logic, and architectural planning to real-world scenarios. 
• Comfort evaluating trade-offs between precision, performance, and scalability. 
• Collaborative & Agile Mindset. 
• Participate in Agile Scrum cycles and cross-functional teams. 
• Communicate effectively with product managers, data scientists, and QA professionals.

Salary Scale:

• Salary is negotiable; successful candidates will be offered a competitive and attractive compensation package.
