We are looking for candidates for the position of DATA SCIENTIST.

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Data Scientist to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise data platform. The right candidate will drive the architecture and governance of domain-specific data models, ensuring scalable and secure data integration across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead cross-functional data science projects end-to-end. 
• Partnering with Data Engineering, Finance, and other teams, you'll self-serve data to derive critical insights. 
• Scale causal inference models to measure the impact of different actions on user growth and financial outcomes. 
• Architect customer/business segmentation frameworks to unlock tailored growth strategies and expand lifetime value. 
• Automate standardized reporting and analysis by building data products and/or agentic solutions. Support product pricing and other business decisions with ad hoc analytics. 
• Design and deliver dashboards for leadership to track key performance indicators and enable optimal decision-making.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role, ideally as an early data scientist at a hyper-growth company or research organization. 
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. 
• Proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for leadership. 
• Ability to independently initiate complete projects, owning them end-to-end. 
• Excellent communication storytelling skills when presenting data insights. 
• Exceptional attention to detail commitment accuracy.

Salary Scale:

• Salary is negotiable; successful candidates will be offered a competitive and attractive compensation package.

• Appointments will be on a contract basis for a two years period.
