Key Responsibilities:

Loyalty Program Operations & Management

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the loyalty program, including member onboarding and support.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute loyalty marketing campaigns including promotions, events, exclusive member offers, and personalized communications.
• Work with Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to develop campaign content
• Track, report, and optimize campaign performance using key KPI metrics

Customer Segmentation & Insights

• Leverage customer data to develop member segments and deliver targeted campaigns.
• Generate insights on member behavior, churn risk, and program performance.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports for management review.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, finance, IT, operations) and external vendors (CRM, rewards partners) to execute initiatives.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment on loyalty goals and execution timelines.

Program Innovation & Enhancements

• Support testing and rollout of new loyalty features (gamification, partnerships, referral programs).
• Benchmark with competitors and global best practices to recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement.
• Qualifications related to Digital marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Social Platforms, CRM platforms, campaign tools, and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with digital communication tools (email marketing, SMS, push notifications) is also preferred.
